I have long been intrigued by the concept of Nanny Shares. If you are unfamiliar, a nanny share consists of two or more families who hire one single nanny to care for all of their children. Nanny shares look different depending on each family’s needs. In most cases, the individual families are able to save money on personalized childcare since they are splitting the costs. The nanny can benefit from a larger paycheck. The children are able to have playmates who aren’t siblings without having to attend a daycare or preschool. Nannies who consider becoming part of a nanny share will need to be excellent communicators as they are dealing with multiple parents, multiple children, multiple homes, and different parenting styles.

I was able to have an amazing chat with Amber from @anannyslife who gets into all the nitty gritty of Nanny Shares. She does not hold back at all! After our conversation, she wrote out a few more of her thoughts so make sure you check those out after watching the live interview!
