I’m so excited to kick off the new year with a huge printable pack so we’re going to dive right into it! I’ll break down each page from the printable with directions and a few options on how to use them.

MEASURE THE ARCTIC ANIMALS

I love these cute animals and winter items! You can cut each page on the line or keep them together like we have. Use unifix cubes to find out how long and wide each item is.

FISHING FOR LETTERS
This might be my favorite of the entire bunch! I created an ice hole by covering a cardboard box with tin foil. I tied string to some small sticks and added strong magnets to the end.

FEED THE PENGUIN
Do you have some goldfish crackers in your pantry? Use them to feed this adorable penguin! This is a fun roll and cover game. Have your child roll the dice, count, and then cover the number with a goldfish cracker.

If you have number magnets, you could use this as a fishing activity too.
FINE MOTOR SNOWFLAKE

There are so many ways your can use these snowflake pages (there are three total). Here we are using small objects to decorate the snowflake. You could also laminate each page for your child to trace the design. If you wanted to print two copies to cut large sections out for your child to use as a puzzle, that would be a fun twist!
MAKING PATTERNS WITH HATS

I created the patterns strip as a starting point for you and your child to create simple patterns using the hat pieces. This one does take a little bit to put together because of the small hat pieces!
SNOWFLAKE SIZE SORTING

These size sorting snowflakes have a few uses. Feel free to print two copies to match large to small or use the smaller snowflakes to make patterns.
